- Fixed issue where 2 back buttons were displayed on the subject select page.
- An activity indicator is now shown when downloading a subject.
- Fixed issue where the activity indicator was too small when uploading a subject.
- Added local notifications when a subject is downloaded/uploaded.
- Changed the back button to display the subject name rather than the word back so users can see what subject they are working on.
- Made subject selection list items larger.
- Fixed issue where the back button was not displayed on download/upload pages.
