- Made several dark mode UI fixes.
1) Changed Eq Photo List Take Picture button Text color to black in dark mode.
2) Changed Note Title Entry box text color to black in dark mode.
3) Changed Scan Eq serial #. Scanner page Use, Clear and Cancel buttons text color to black in dark mode
4) Changed Scan QR Code (login page) to be a bit lower (add top margin).
5) Shell Title was blue in iOS dark mode but should have been black (light and dark) because it is on an orange background.
- Fixed issue with the main navigation icons. When navigating to a different page and then come back, the icons grew larger.
- Added a login helper page.
