Following the recent change to only allow a single instance of the Windows app, if the app is started again, it is brought to the front (on Windows).
- Fixed issue where notifications were black in dark mode.
- Renewed distribution certificate.
- Added the ability to reconnect/re-run background tasks if they are interrupted.
