Fixed issue where spellcheck was not working on saved comments

Fixed issue where an attachment type was tied to a scope of work, the program would crash.

Fixed issue where the report may display <div> tags if there was no HTML flag.

Ex: <div>Line1</div><div>Line2</div><div>Line3</div>

This happed in comments that were entered in Rich Editors where the MERGEFIELD must now include an \Html formatting suffix. Once the correct formatting switch in place the html works as expected without displaying the tags.

Added some logic in the Report Generator so Chattel parses the html if the \Html suffix is used OR the fieldname is a field name is known that is displayed in a Rich Editor.
Added a new First Inspection Date field – On the valuation certification/co-certification the Inspection Date field has been renamed to Last Inspection Date.

MERGEFIELD items have been added as well.
Added links to the Chattel help documentation for items that may need further clarification on the report fields page. Simply click on the orange circle with the i in it and it will open our documentation page to that specific Report Field.
Fixed issue where TractorZoom would return OK (200) when the authentication was wrong.

Added a better descriptor box if a report fails because there is no base MERGEFIELD. A “base” MERGEFIELD is a MERGEFIELD that comes from a base property of the ValuationDataSource (not a DOCX or PRINTATTACH or a range of another collection. For example: {MERGEFIELD ValuationIndex} is a base MERGEFIELD.
