Setup portion where the user will be able to define the LLM Comment Service endpoint and API Key, with an enable checkbox.
The “?” helper button provides some guidance on what this feature is, what it does, how to set it up, etc.
If using api.openai.com directly for the service, a model needs to be specified , hence the Model box with a “Suggestions” button on its right to help the user choose.
Note: The model can be omitted when using Microsoft Foundry as the URL for the endpoint will then contain the model.
Generating a Comment
In Valuation detail -> Comments tab -> Main Comment.
If LLM Comment Service is enabled, you’ll see a couple of buttons in the top right corner of the main comment editor.
- “Generate with AI” -> calls the endpoint and gets a comment. A preview screen first comes up. User can select to Replace or Append the comment.
“Remove Warning“: removes the 2 lines/warnings about the fact the comment was AI generated.

Added an “Operation Overview” field to Subject: Discuss the operation as well as where the commodities are sold. Add logic to include the field in reports.
