- Removed LastPass option for commodity name on detail entry page.
- Fixed issue where commodity value and total value rounding was wrong. Ex: 1x$1.25=$1

- Fixed issue when adding new equipment and clicking the back button with no data added would add an empty row.

New Features
- Added the ability to add multiple commodity prices
A new multiple prices entry screen is available by clicking the “Add Multiple Prices” button

…the button invokes the following dialog. The grid is automatically loaded with all the last commodity prices recorded. All you then have to do is enter the new price on each row, then click “Save”.

- Rows in yellow are records that, if inserted, would overlap with an existing record in our database.
- Rows in red are rows that are duplicated within the grid.
- If not already present in the grid, you can add a row by clicking on the “+” in the top-right corner of the grid.
- Rows can be directly edited in the grid to get rid of errors, either by editing the commodity, region or deleting the row entirely.
- Once all errors/warnings corrected, you can click on the “Save” button. A confirmation prompt is displayed to the user, and the records are inserted in the database. The dialog is automatically closed and the new price records are displayed in the Setup -> Commodity Prices grid.
Helper dialog
A helper screen/dialog can be invoked by clicking on the “?” button at the bottom of the screen

- Added a link to all report field codes when in the template editor.
From Setup → Report Editor, new option to display the report fields.

…clicking on it displays the fields and their associated type

Fields that have ranges can navigate to the sub-property by clicking on the “Range of <Field Name>”
Example:

- Added security features – We have a sanitize JavaScript function that we now use in our showAlert. The sanitize function is also now use in all the grids .CellTemplate
- Made qualities generic –
- Just like the Conditions, we made the Qualities generic (no longer tied to commodities). Setting has moved from the Commodities sub-section and is now located under the Condition.

- When cloning a subject, we now prompt the user for which attachments should be included.
Options are:
- Don’t Clone Attachments
- The subjects main image only
- All main images only (the subject main image as well as the subject equipment main images, commodities, others)
- Clone All attachments
- Cancel
- Added APN numbers to locations

- Added a print subject view. Clicking the print button displays a pdf report of the subject

- Added a pre-check for Iron Solutions.
- The PreMade Makes list is empty since our recent change with MakeCode vs MakeName
- Added the ability to open attachment images in a new tab.
Example: (on usual attachment grids like Subject and Valuation equipment, commodity, other)

Clicking on the link will open the attachment (image or PDF) into a new browser tab…

- Defaulted location to headquarters and Ownership. When creating a new Subject Equipment, Commodity or Other, the default Percentage Ownership to 100% and the location to the headquarter location, or, if we just have 1 location, that sole location.
- Added a commodity override name.

Override Name can be seen in grids..

On the report, if an Override Name is set, we will display the override instead of the actual Commodity Name.

- Set page names for Browser History.
Prior to this change, the history would simply show “Chattel” for every page. We now display more info (page names).
Tip: To see history, press and hold the browser back button.

- Added the ability to set a Parent Price Region on Each Price Region. When pricing a commodity, if no price is found in the set region, we will then look into the parent region for a price and use that price if one is found.
SETUP – PRICE REGION
Now has the ability to set a Parent Region…

SETUP – COMMODITY PRICE
In the following example, I’ve only setup Barley prices for MidWest, Utah, and Central San Joaquin, CA. Notice I have purposely NOT setup any specific Barley price for South Dakota, as I want to pick up the parent price region for MidWest.

SUBJECT LOCATION
Notice how my location “Fred Johnson #1” has a price region of “South Dakota”

VALUATION
When adding/updating a valuation commodity for Barley in the location “Fred Johnson #1” (which, as we’ve defined above, is in the price region of South Dakota), because South Dakota does not have a price of its own, the parent region of MidWest will be used to price.

- Added Printable attachments
Setup
Attachment Types

When clicking on the “Add New Attachment Type” button, the following popup is displayed. When clicking on Ok, if a required field is missing, a red warning is displayed.

If the new entry would end up creating a duplicate, a warning is displayed and the new record cannot be added.

Setup
Report Scope
We can now tie a list of attachment types to a report scope.
Checks are made so to not add potential duplicates on Create and Update.

———————————————————————————————————————————————————–
Valuation
(New) Printable Attachments tab
Valuations now have a new tab “Printable Attachments” where we can see the Attachments Types and how they
are to be displayed in the document.
For example:
Let’s assume this particular valuation’s report scope includes 2 Attachment Types (let’s name them “Deed” and “Soil Map”.
We would see something like
PRINTABLE ATTACHMENTS TAB
DEED “Select Attachment” Custom “Build”
SOIL MAP “Select Attachment” A specific Image/Attachment
- All required types will be marked with our usual red required asterix
- The section that says “A specific Image/Attachment” will display the image info or “Custom”
- Build button to open up a dialog where user will be able to edit/build

If/When the Valuation Report Scope does not have any Attachment Type, this tab will be empty. This could be confusing and make the user think
this is a bug, but its not. We display a message to that effect and provide a link to the Report Scope setup to make it easier for the end user.

The “Select Attachment” button
Clicking on the “Select Attachment” button invokes a new attachment picker, click on an image to select it and see description, filename, latitude & longitude at the bottom, then click on Ok.
User can scroll right to see more pictures.

A link under attachments is available, upon clicking on it, the attachment is opened in a new browser tab

The “Build” button…
Invokes the dialog where the user can add, edit, remove templates. This is where the page title, attachments and captions can be set.

Drag and Drop of attachment from Windows Explorer
Besides picking an existing attachments from the new attachment picker, we can now drag and drop an attachment
from Windows Explorer. Once dropped, if the file doesn’t already exists on that Subject, it is saved into the Subject
Attachments, then used for the Printable Attachment you are on.
Ex:

———————————————————————————————————————————————————–
Support Rich Edit of Captions.
Captions can have rich text, example:

The Rich text box provides spellcheck

On 6 Small, we use a dialog to edit rich text

…the specified rich text is then used In the report…

———————————————————————————————————————————————————–
The end result…
Note: In order to display the printable attachments in the report, some code is needed in Word.
Ex: If your attachment type is name “DEED”, then use the following
{ MERGEFIELD PrintAttach:DEED }
Where “DEED” is the attachment type you want displayed.
The report and its embedded sub-template(s) as built/defined by the user

In the example above, during the builder phase, for a given Attachment Type, 2 sub-templates were
selected (2_MEDIUM.DOCX and 1_MEDIUM.DOCX). A specific page title, attachments and captions were
set/defined for each of the document resulting in the example above.
